1. Definitions and Interpretation

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Balance

4.1 Deposits

jlhq accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other payment methods displayed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, unless otherwise specified. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party payment processor.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your jlhq account are yours, have been obtained legally, and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. jlhq reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time, particularly for large or unusual transactions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer to a Philippine bank account registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawal processing times vary: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5 to 10 minutes, while bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank.

Identity Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, or for withdrawals exceeding PHP 5,000, jlhq requires identity verification. You must provide a clear copy of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card) and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months). This requirement is mandated by anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance standards.

Withdrawals are subject to verification of gameplay and compliance with bonus wagering requirements. If jlhq detects fraudulent activity, suspicious betting patterns, or violations of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend withdrawals pending investigation.

4.3 Account Balance and Currency

All transactions on the jlhq platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Your account balance reflects the funds available for wagering. Winnings are credited to your account balance and can be withdrawn or used for further gameplay, subject to any applicable wagering requirements.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jlhq offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, expiry dates, and maximum bet limits. Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount on eligible games before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonuses—including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion, irregular betting patterns, or exploitation of software errors—will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and possible account termination.

jlhq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay and Game Rules

All games offered on jlhq are provided by licensed third-party game developers and are certified for fairness by independent testing agencies. Each game operates according to its published rules, payout tables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages, which are available within the game interface or upon request from customer support.

You acknowledge that all games on jlhq involve an element of chance, and outcomes are determined by random number generators (RNGs). jlhq does not influence or alter game outcomes. Winnings are based solely on the rules of each game and the results of your gameplay.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected bets and payouts are void. jlhq will credit your account with the amount of the voided bet, but any winnings derived from the malfunction will not be paid.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

9. Account Closure and Suspension

jlhq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will not be entitled to compensation. If your account is closed for reasons not related to a breach, any remaining balance will be returned to you after verification, minus any applicable fees.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance, subject to verification and wagering requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlhq platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of jlhq or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our express written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, jlhq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of jlhq shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

jlhq is not responsible for any losses resulting from third-party payment processor delays, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlhq platform shall first be referred to our customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact jlhq customer support and provide full details of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five business days.

13. Privacy

jlhq collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the jlhq platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. 14. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

jlhq is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended, and all relevant PAGCOR AML regulations. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to conduct customer due diligence on all registered players.

You agree to cooperate fully with any verification or investigation processes initiated by jlhq in connection with AML compliance. This may include providing proof of identity, proof of address, source of funds documentation, and any other information we reasonably request. Failure to cooperate may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant regulatory bodies.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlhq with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
